For the homeowner that would rather complete the work
themselves, but needs an objective assessment of the aesthetic
specs of their home for marketability. ReDesigns and Staging
by Rebecca will provide the homeowner with a list of improvements
that will help show your home in the best environment.
Experience indicates that most questions can be answered
in approximately 1 hour. Fees: Average
home of 2000 square feet $125. |

Estate Redesign:
First impressions are very important! ReDesigns and Staging
by Rebecca can help you create an inviting first impression
by enhancing positive features in your home. Rebecca can
help with the overwhelming task of de-cluttering and create
that "model home appeal" for your prospective
buyers. Get a "Sold Fast" sign on your front
yard. Fees: $325 to $600 per room
depending on the contents and size of the room. The specific
fee will be quoted during your initial consultation with
discounts for multiple rooms. The consultation fee will
be deducted from the redesign fee if you set an appointment
for your redesign at the completion of the initial consultation.
An additional fee of $20 per hour may be charged for an
assistant if large pieces of furniture, such as televisions
and entertainment centers, need to be moved. |

Consultation:
ReDesigns and Staging by Rebecca will visit your home,
gather important information about you, your home, your
lifestyle and your desires for the room. With your permission,
Rebecca will do a walk through of the rest of your home
and "shop" for hidden treasures that may enhance
the look of your newly redesigned space. Photos may be
taken to help Rebecca determine a redesign plan and a
date will be set for the redesign. Fees:

Services:
ReDesigns and Staging by Rebecca begins by emptying the
room of all furnishing. Rebecca will then "shop"
your home and retrieve the items that catch her eye during
the initial consultation. She will then transform your
living space into a warm, inviting, well-designed and
functional space. In less than a day, you can enjoy a
"new look." Get that designer look for less
than the purchase of a good piece of furniture. Fees:
$325 to $600 per room depending on the contents and size
